Services and Pricing

Couples Counseling $150 for 45-50 minutes

Do you and your partner lash out with anger, become defensive, or shut down and withdraw from each other, rather than expressing vulnerability and compassion with each other? Do you and your partner repeatedly engage in the same patterns or arguments? If so, couples therapy might be helpful. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT).

Co-Parenting Counseling $150 for 45-50 minutes

Whether you are court-ordered to engage with co-parenting counseling, or whether you are voluntarily seeking professional help to further develop a healthy relationship with your co-parent, you and your children deserve a peaceful family dynamic. I take a lot of pride in having empathy for everyone, avoiding “picking a side,” and focusing on true problem solving. Court-ordered participants will split the cost evenly, unless the court orders differently.

Individual Counseling $125 for 45-50 minutes

I love working with people that are experiencing life adjustments, stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma (including adoption trauma), anger management struggles, and impulsive decision making. I am trained in Brainspotting and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Brainspotting is a unique modality that emphasizes body mindfulness and eye positions. Brainspotting might be for you if you are stuck on a past traumatic event, if you are having trouble moving past unhelpful emotion or thought patterns, or if “talk therapy” modalities are not seeming to help. DBT is a skills-based therapy that can help to address intense emotions leading to impulsive or destructive behavior patterns.
